At the beginning of each end step, you may pay {x}, if you do, Fateseal X an opponent, or Scry X.
Players play with the top card of their library revealed.
At the beginning of each players upkeep, Dalarn deals damage equal to the converted mana cost of the top card on their library to that player, then they draws card equal to the amount of damage they were dealt.
