-2: Until your next turn, whenever a creature deals damage to you, Dalinar, the Honor-Bound deals 4 damage to it and you gain 4 life.
-12: Put 3 +1/+1 counters on each creature you control. Then, you gain life equal to the total power of all creatures on the battlefield combined.
