Whenever a creature deals damage to you, put a bridle counter on that creature.
Creatures can't attack unless their controller
pays {3} for each bridle counter on it.
{6}: Untap all creatures with bridle counters on them and gain control of them until end of turn, then remove all bridle counters from them.
They gain haste until end of turn.
