At the beginning of your upkeep, for each player
up to one target creature they control choose one
card you own in exile with haunt for each creature targeted this way, then the chosen cards are now haunting the targeted creatures.

{5}{w}{b},{t}:Target player sacrifices a creature they control that's haunted. For each card that was
haunting the sacrificed creature, you may cast a
card with haunt you own in exile without
paying its mana cost.
