At the beginning of your upkeep, for each player
target a creature they control, then choose one card
you own in exile with haunt for each creature
targeted this way. The chosen cards are now
haunting the targeted creatures.

{5}{w}{b},{t}:Target player sacrifices a creature they
control that is haunted. For each card that was
haunting the sacrificed creature, you may cast a
card with haunt you own in exile without
paying its mana cost.
