+1: Each opponent loses 2 life and you gain 2 life, then put two +1/+1 counters on target creature you control.
-3: Look at target player's hand, then you may exile a card from that player's hand or graveyard. Play that card without cost.
-7: Target player plays with his hand face up. Once per turn you may play any spell from his hand or graveyand without cost. Exile it afterwards.
