Dangerous Mutations

At the beginning of your upkeep, the following
occurs in order:
• All creatures with 'Concerning Symptoms' get
+2/+2 and Vigilance.
• All Leftovers token creatures become food tokens.
• 'Concerning Symptoms' is removed from all
creatures — affected creatures gain 'Contagion'.

Tainted Growth and Dangerous Mutations cannot
be played again in this game.
