Draft Ability: Rotten Deal -Whenever you and
exactly one other player are in bid for a card, if it is
your turn to bid, you may instead choose to send
the card being bid for to the scrapheap and steal gold
from the bidding opponent equal to their last bid.
Replace the removed card with another random card
from the scrapheap. Use this ability only once when drafting.
