+1: Draw a card, then if you have 5 or more cards in your hand you may have target play put the top 3 cards of there library to there graveyard.
-4: Look at target players hand and revel one card. Into the end of the turn you can cast that card.
-9: Each player may cast target spell from there graveyard as though it had flash but for each player other than yourself, you may repeat this.
