When Dark Magical Circle enters the battlefield,
look at the top three cards of your library, then
you can reveal and add a black card from among
them to your hand and place the rest on top of
your library in any order.
The first time a black wizard creature enters the
battlefield under your control each turn, you can
exile target permanent.
