Whenever you draw a card, target player discard
a card. If this card was a creature you may draw
an additional card (maximum three times).
If this card was an instant or sorcery spell, you
lose life equal to it`s converted mana cost.
Whenever target opponent draws a card, target
player put`s the top two cards of his or her
library into his or her graveyard.
