Dark Ruling

As long as Dark Ruling is in play, you are the
monarch and you can't not be the monarch.
At the beginning of your upkeep, if you did not
deal combat damage to an opponent on your last
turn, Dark Ruling deals 2 damage to each
creature you control.
Whenever you attack an opponent and you deal
no combat damage to them, at the end of combat sacrifice a creature.
