When Dark Star Thresh enters the battlefield or
dies, you may exile two nonland cards from an
opponent's graveyard. You may cast cards exiled
this way, and spend mana as thought it was mana
of any type to cast those spells.

permanent, then exile target nonland card from
each opponent's graveyard.
