At the beginning of each player’s endstep, that player loses 1 life for each other tapped creature they control.

{1}{u}{b}: For each opponent, tap a target creature they control, and put a stun counter on it. Then if there are nine or more stun counters among permanents, surveil 3, then draw a card. Activate only once each turn.
