Return target creature card from your graveyard to the battlefield, then each other creature gets -X/-X until end of turn, where X is that creature's power.
Conduit -- As you cast Darkwritten Plague, you may exile a black creature you control. If you do, copy it, you may choose new targets for the copy, and for the rest of the game, you can't cast creature spells from your hand.
