Darlteens Dark Sorceress

When Darlteens Dark Sorceress comes in play, all
player's artifacts and lands becomes tapped. At
the beginning of your next upkeep, they do not
untap unless each player either sacrifices a
creature or losses three life.
Her teachings were some of the most dangerous
practices in Darlteens until she was exiled. Now
she performs her magic against anyone willing to
pay her price.
