Darth Bane can not be the Apprentice.
When Darth Bane enters the battlefield, you may
make him the Dark Lord.
If Darth Bane is the Dark Lord, you may chose a
new Sith creature on the battlefield to become
the Apprentice or you may cast another Sith
creature from your graveyard to the battlefield as
the Apprentice (you may not cast Darth Sidious
this way if he is your commander).
