Darth Vader

Passive: Whenever he arrives at a new place on
the board, he first steals $150 from every player
with a token on that place.
Active: On doubles, choose a property color
before moving. Vader is immune from paying
rent on these properties. Each time he rolls
doubles he must change colors.
