Any player may sacrifice two nontoken creatures,
halve their current life total (rounded down)
or sacrifice a legendary permanent to put a time counter on this card.
When there is no time counters on this card,
it can't gain them again and deals 1 damage to
each creature and each player.
This damage doubles every turn
