When Dead Ringer enters the battlefield, create a legendary colorless artifact token named “Red Scarf” on target opponent’s battlefield. It has “{T}: Add {W} or {B}” and “Whenever Red Scarf’s or Dead Ringer’s controller draws a card, the other card’s controller may draw a card.
