Surveil 2. Then Deadly Encounter deals 2 damage to each creature for each card put
to the top of your library this way. (Look at
the top two cards of your library, then put any number of them into your graveyard and the rest
on top of your library in any order.)
Out for an evening stroll, a dragon spots a
dragon hunter. Will either prevail?
