When Deadweight Anchor enters the battlefield,
exile target creature and put a depth counter on
it.
At the beginning of your upkeep, the owner
of each creature exiled by Deadweight Anchor
put the top card of his or her library into his or
her graveyard for each depth counter on that
creature.
