When Dean, Duke of Dominaria enters the battlefield you become the monarch.
If you would become the monarch while you are
the monarch instead you become the dictator.
(You get an emblem with: at the beginning of
each end step draw a card. If you would take
combat damage from two or more creatures
those creatures controller become the dictator.)
