Magecraft — Whenever you cast or copy an
instant or sorcery spell, look at the top card of
target opponent's library. Then you may exile
that card.
Once each turn, for each card type, you may
play a card in exile with that type and you may
spend mana as though it were mana of any color
to cast them.
