when attacking, declare attackers and blockers one at a time. (for example, you attack with one creature, blockers are declared, then once that resolves you declare your next attacker)
at the end of each combat, exile each creature that died this turn. each player creates a treasure for each creature that died under their control. players may play those cards by sacrificing treasures equal to their cmc.
