{x} - Add {x} +1/+1 Counters to Death

{t}{10} - Exile Target Creature. Return it on the battlefield tapped under your control. Add Three Death Counters on the card. Every time you would untap this card take a Death Counter off. Once All Three Are gone, Exile the Target Creature.
