Death and Taxes

Enchant Player
At the beginning of enchanted player's upkeep choose Death or Taxes. If Death is chosen, the enchanted player sacrifices a creature. If Taxes is chosen, that player may pay an additional {3} on the first spell they cast this turn, if they do not, create three colorless Treasure artifact tokens with "{t}, Sacrifice this artifact: Add one mana of any color."
