Death clock

When Death clock enters the battlefield, each
players gets two time counters.
At the beggining of each players turn, this player
gains control of Death clock. Remove a time
counter from this player. If he or she have no
time counters, he or she loses the game.
Current player cant remove Death clock from
the battlefield. If next player woud remove it
from the battlefield, he loses 3 life.
