Death Cloud

Whenever a vampire dies, put a death counter on Death Cloud. When Death Cloud has 10 counters on it, remove all counters on Death Cloud destroy all creatures target opponent controls and that player takes damage equal to all of the destroyed creatures converted mana cost.
