Death is Only the Beginning

Each time when Death Cult Hierarch attempts
to cast a non-Attribute non-Bound Spell of type
Augment, may cast an amplified version with +2
casting value. If the amplified version is
successfully cast, Death is Only the Beginning is
automatically cast.
Raises HP equal to Rsr of the R&F models or
Recovers HP equal to Rsr of a single Character
in the target unit. Models with Towering
Presence cannot Recover more than 2 HP in each
Magic Phase from Death is Only the Beginning.
