Death Whistle

User can spend an action to blow on this whistle.
Those that can hear its sound in a 30ft. radius
centered on the user must succeed on a Wisdom
saving throw DC14 or suffer the effects of the
'Fear' spell. Once you have used the whistle, it
can't be used again until a long rest.
This bone whistle stares back at you with hollowed
eyes. The groves around its circumference feel warm,
as if blood was running through them. A bone-chilling
scream deafens all sound around it when used.
