Choose one:
Target wizard gets deathtouch until a player loses 2 or more health, or
Target wizard gets 3 +1/+1 counters until the last/next creature it attacks or has attacked dies, or
Stop target non-legendary creature with mana value X or less from dealing any damage the next time it attacks
