Death's Shackles

When Death's Shackles enters the battlefield,
destroy all zombie creatures.
Creatures cannot be returned or cast from graveyards.
If Death's Shackles leaves the battlefield, return
all creatures from all graveyards to the battlefield
under their owner's control.
