Whenever a creature you control dies untap Deathstorm Sigil.
{t}: Put a -1/-1 counter on target creature. Put an Experience counter on Deathstorm Sigil. Then if there five or more Experience counters on Deathstorm Sigil transform it and attach it to a creature you control.
