Deathstroke

If on one turn more than half the people
rounded up dab each player rolls a dice.
Deathstroke's owner destroys target creature
belonging to the owner of the lowest dice roll.
If deathstroke's owner has the lowest dice roll,
the player with the highest dice roll picks which
target creature belonging to the lowest dice
roller gets destroyed.
