Deathwing enters the battlefield with four Plate
counters. When damage is dealt to it remove a plate counter and create a Burning Tendon. All damage
dealt to its owner is dealt to Deathwing.

At the beginning of your upkeep add a plate counter
on Deathwing. Transform Deathwing when the last
plate is removed.
