Deb, Of Another World enters the battlefield
under the control of a player in a silver-bordered
game you can see from your table of your choice.
Whenever you cast a spell, if you aren't the
owner of Deb, Of Another World, you and Deb's
owner each copy that spell. You and that player
may choose new targets for the copies.
