The decanter weighs 1 kg. As an action; remove the stopper and speak a command word, whereupon an amount of fresh (or salt) water pours out until the start of your next turn.
"Stream" produces 4 litres. "Fountain" produces 20 litres. "Geyser" produces 110 litres that gushes forth in a geyser 30 feet long and 1 foot wide. As a bonus action; aim the geyser at a creature you can see within 30 feet. The target must take a DC 13 STR saving throw or take 1d4 bludgeoning damage and fall prone.
