Decayed Lotus blocks all non-creature spells.
When Decayed Lotus blocks a spell this way, add
an absorbed mana counter equal to the converted
mana cost of that card. If this puts the absorbed
mana counter on Decayed lotus above 7, trans-
form Decayed lotus into black lotus and put it
into target opponent's hand.
