Deciding Game

The player with the highest life total loses half of
their life rounded down, and at the end of X turn's
loses the game if they do not have the highest life
total,
the player with the lowest life sacrifices 2
permanent's, discard's their hand, and gains 5 life,
then at the end of X turn's loses the game if they
do not have the highest life total.
