Decisive Lock Out

Before the start of the match each player chooses an opponent that has not been
chosen by another player, the players must
then choose a card at random from their chosen opponent's deck until they reveal a
Non-land card. The card is removed from
the deck and are considered unplayable
to it's owner until the end of the match.
