Decree Of Freedom

Players cannot steal or gain control of cards that they don't cast. If a player would cast a spell from an opponents graveyard or exile, counter that spell. This cannot be negated.
Many scoff at the meaning of the word. I find it means to be finally free from adversity, from
pain and suffering. To be fully in control of your actions, with no pushback.
