Deep Breath

You take an incredibly deep breath and can hold it for the spell's duration. You don't
lose breath when hit, but you do lose all the
air you inhaled if you speak (including to
Cast a Spell). This spell doesn't create air;
if you don't have air to breathe when you
cast it, you get no benefit.
