When Deep-Sea Scout enters the battlefield, if
you have at least 7 Loot cards in your graveyard,
create a Dread Pirate's Flag token in your hand.
Otherwise, create a Gilded Boots token in your
hand.
Whenever you play a Loot card, draw a card.
