At the beginning of your draw step, you may
skip it. If you do, search your library for a
Merfolk card with converted mana cost less
than the number of cards in your hand. Reveal it
and put it into your hand. Shuffle your library
afterwards.
Whenever you cast a creature spell that shares a
type with a creature you control, you gain life
equal to that spell's converted mana cost.
