Deepglow Skate

When Deepglow Skate enters the battlefield, you
may draw a card, then discard a card.
Whenever an Abyssal creature you control
becomes blocked by a Surface creature, each
opponent mills 3 cards.
It feeds near the surface during the day. Whatever
ends up in its collosal maw is dragged down to the
depths below.
