Defective Goblin Gang

When Defective Goblin Gang enters the battlefield put a 1/1 red Goblin creature token onto the battlefield under your control.
Whenever one or more creature tokens enter the battlefield under your control, target opponent may put a copy of one of those creature tokens onto the battlefield under his or her control.
For each new group to join the gang there's
always one defector.
