Defensive Planning

Defensive Planning enters the battlefield with
a Fortified counter on it for each creature you control.
At the beginning of your end step, remove a Fortified counter from Defensive Planning.
If you do, draw a card. Then if Defensive Planning has no Fortified counters on it, sacrifice it and you gain 4 life.
