Defiant

Whenever you attempt a roll outside of combat,
if you previously attempted a roll for that action,
or a substantially similar action in the past hour,
you make the new roll with a +2 bonus. If your
bonus for that roll is already +2, increase the dice
class of the roll instead (e.g. 1d8/1d6 --> 2d8).
This effect does not stack.
