Deimos Tracked

When "Deimos Tracked" enters the battlefield put a Deimos counter on target creature you control and target creature you
dont control. when a creature with a Deimos counter dies, the owner of the spell or permanent that killed that creature draws 2
cards if they didnt own it, then return "Deimos Tracked" to your hand and remove all Deimos counters from all creatures.
